Dark red in the glass, very fruity and juicy on the palate. Dry,  fresh,lots of red fruit, cranberry, cherries, strawberry. fruity finish.

 Lovely!

Great Cab!
In the glass dark, healthy, with pinkish rim.
On the nose very complex,oak, licorice, dark fruit.
On the palate dry, balanced, lots of blackcurrant, some dark chocolate,  Oak gives this wine very characteristic taste. Good balance tannins and acidity. long finish with cherries flavor.

 AOC Alsace


"Very nice spicy flavour of Gewurztraminer, the body of Pinot Gris, the finesse of Riesling, the grapiness of Muscat and the refreshing character of Sylvaner. "

 Refreshing, crisp, light, very summery, typical white wine from Alsace.







I would pair it with this asparagus and spinach mousse with prosciutto.

Very unusual Cabernet Sauvignon. And a little disappointing.
Dark color in the glass.
On the nose red berries, spices.
On the palate dry, light to medium bodied. Light tannins, crisp acidity.
Not really a Californian cab.
Juicy, ripe finish.

Rich dark color in the glass.
On the nose healthy, red fruit, cooked berries, tobacco.
On the palate dry, medium bodied,balanced, juicy. Lots of cherries, spices, fruit.
Medium finish with ripe fruit flavors.
Very good wine to pair with meat.

Hungary.
Sparkling wine.
